Our Mission is to work toward developing a positive mental attitude among each of our team members. With a good attitude comes good sportsmanship – pride – and commitment.

This attitude developed while playing on the field will carry over into each team member’s individual life, with a growing respect for oneself and each other.

Becoming a Sequim Baseball team member means a player stands for years of “Sequim Pride”. Only the individual member can live up to this standard.

Setting a high standard of positive attitude, pride of team and community, commitment and discipline for our team and the teams to come is our goal.

In the fall, our baseball staff had a new mission. Our mission was to open an year round indoor baseball facility. We opened Sequim Baseball U-18, Inc. November 3, 2007, at 775 West Washington Street Sequim Wa. 98382.

At this facility, we coach baseball & softball players, ages 5-18 boys & girls, and also college and adult players. Players improve baseball & softball skills. Not just the gifted, but the player who wants to play “the great American pastime of baseball”—a player with the dream of being able to hit and throw a baseball or softball on a team, as a team member, and have a good self image. We want our players moms and dads to get involved in that development and we encourage family involvement during training time.

Since we opened in November, we have seen players of all ages improve their game and self image. They have grown in confidence, pride, and have smiles on their faces. We have players who made their 1st baseball or softball team from Little League, Jr. Babe Ruth, and High School. They did it with hard work, coming in three or four days a week, working on their game skills.

Sequim Little League, Jr. Babe Ruth Baseball and Sequim High School Baseball & Softball programs are all using Sequim U-18, Inc. indoor facility and seeing real improvement in players of all ages. We are a nonprofit company that has a vision for the youth of our community with all vision we have needs. We will need the help of our community to keep our doors open. . Any help that you can offer would be appreciated. Please call me if you need more information and thank for your time.

Sincerely Dan Perry
